Shepherds Hill Stays is home to two boutique, short stay accommodation properties in Victoria’s Macedon Ranges. The Cottage and Shearers Quarters are positioned in separate and private locations on a 110-acre alpaca farm in Lauriston.
Owners Liz and Keith have spent the last two years restoring and renovating the original miners cottage and shearers quarters to include all home luxuries and modern amenities for their guests comfort.
Along with hosting guests, Liz and Keith have been passionate alpaca breeders for 25 years, running Buckland Alpacas, a leading alpaca stud in Australia. In 2008, they also established Alpaca Passion in Daylesford’s main street, the premier shopping destination for alpaca clothing and homewares.
